Believe it or not. This is the best rice recipe ever, Okay. It’s a pretty big statement to make but seriously the most flavorful rice I have ever had. The aroma is simply out of this world. Well, it’s not inexpensive. But, If you compare with the restaurant price you are paying just 30% for these ingredients for the same taste, So if you’re on a tight budget, maybe you can make it on your special day.

Directions

Step 1

Step: 1In a wok add olive oil, chicken and cook in medium heat for 5 minutes take it out from the wok and set aside.

Step 2

Step: 2In a wok add olive oil, shrimp and cook in medium heat for 3 minutes take it out from the wok and set aside.

Step 3

Step: 3In a wok add olive oil, slice sausage and cook in medium heat for 3 minutes take it out from the wok and set aside.

Step 4

Step: 4In a pot add Olive oil, Bay leaf, Diced onion , Diced red bell pepper and cook in medium heat for 5 minutes

Step 5

In the same pot add following ingredients Diced garlic, Diced tomatoes, Paprika Dried oregano and continue to cook in medium heat for 5 minutes.

Step 6

After adding the Bomba rice, continue to cook in medium heat for 1 minute.

Step 7

Add following ingredients Broth, Saffron with water, Fresh parsley diced Lemon juice, Black pepper powder, Salt and continue to cook in medium heat for 15 minutes.

Step 8

Add Step 1 and Step 3 ingredients fried chicken and mix lightly without damaging the rice.

Step 9

Add Green peas and continue to cook in medium heat for 10 minutes.

Step 10

After that add Step 2 ingredients and Mussels mix slightly and continue to cook in medium heat for 5 minutes.

Step 11

Add 1 tablespoon of honey ad stir well.

Step 12

Close the lid and continue to cook in medium low heat for 10 minutes.Every 3 minutes open the lid and stir lightly without damaging the rice.

Step 13

Serve Immediately and enjoy!
